As a result of the integration of the automation programmes PROLİZ and YORDAM, used by our university's ‘Library and Documentation Directorate’ and ‘Student Affairs Directorate,’ with web service providers, our graduating students can now complete the withdrawal process online through their affiliated Faculty/Institute/College without having to request printed documents from the Library and Documentation Directorate. through their respective Faculties/Institutes/Colleges.

However, the withdrawal processes of students who have outstanding books or debts are suspended by the automation systems. In such cases, students are required to apply to the lending unit of the Library and Documentation Directorate. This is hereby announced to our students.
